This recipe can be made Vegan (by switching honey with agave or maple syrup) and nightshade free (don’t add the paprika), and is gluten free, nut free, and dairy free. It’s packed with protein at 17 grams per serving (which shouldn’t be your main concern… but that’s a story for another day), and filled with all the wonderful nutrients, vitamins, and minerals your body needs to stay healthy.
