In your Kickstart Session we’ll get to know each other and get a kickstart on your goals! We’ll sit down and talk about you, your background, your current situation, and where you’d like to be. We’ll get a feel for how you’re doing emotionally, mentally, socially, and physically, and figure out what is most important to tackle first.
In your Wellness Sessions, after we have some groundwork established, we’ll get to work on your S.MA.R.T. goals and talk about ways to improve your wellness. This will include your physical activity habits, eating habits, mental health, emotional health, and social health. We’ll evaluate your schedule, change your mindset, and reinvent your environment to contribute to your overall health and wellness.
You can expect to find yourself losing weight, being happier, saving big bucks on your grocery list, finding more time in your day, feeling less frantic or anxious throughout your day, and feeling healthier and more comfortable in your own skin.
All consultations will be held online via Skype or Google Hangouts, unless within reasonable travel time.
